In 2025, there were 188 single family homes that sold in Shorewood, IL. The average selling price was $436,405 with an average market time of 41 days. The highest priced home sold for $1,200,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $105,000. This notes over a 7% increase (+$31,485) from 2024 and over 8% (+$36,177) since 2023.

 

In 2024, the average selling price was $404,920 with 220 homes sold and an average market time of 34 days. There was a 1% increase (+$4,692 from 2023) in value over 1 year.
