Brent helped with repairs to meet FHA demands. Kept me updated. House was shown a lot, kept price competitive. Was familiar with the area and eventually the house sold. It was a pleasure working with Brent and the lawyers he recommended for the closing

"We were very pleased with Brent Wilk. He responded quickly to all of our calls, gave great advice and had a real working knowledge of the area. He was a total professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!"
